In his role as a teacher and lecturer, Mr. Shrestha has contributed to several educational institutions across Nepal, including schools in Kathmandu, Gorkha, Banke, and Lalitpur. He has taught Social Studies and health-related subjects to students from lower secondary to higher secondary levels. Known for his interactive and learner-centered pedagogy, he emphasizes critical thinking, discussion-based learning, and real-world application of knowledge. He is equally committed to mentoring students in moral values, civic responsibility, and personal development.
Beyond the classroom, Mr. Shrestha has an extensive record of service with the Nepal Red Cross Society, where he has served in multiple capacities such as Program Health Officer, First Aid Coordinator, and Community Mobilizer. As a long-standing volunteer and life member, he has played a vital role in program implementation, training facilitation, and emergency response operations nationwide.

He is an accomplished trainer in a wide range of specialized areas, including First Aid, Emergency First Aid, Community-Based Health and First Aid (CBHFA), Medical First Response, Collapsed Structure Search and Rescue, Disaster Risk Reduction, and simulation-based training. He has successfully designed, coordinated, and delivered hundreds of training sessions in collaboration with government agencies, security forces, and national and international organizations.
Mr. Shrestha has actively participated in major humanitarian responses, including the 2015 earthquake, flood and landslide emergencies, and the COVID-19 pandemic. His contributions encompass search and rescue operations, relief coordination, public health awareness, and volunteer mobilization.
