KATHMANDU,The Ministry of Education, Science and Technology has invited applications from eligible Nepali students for scholarships offered by the Government of Pakistan under the Pakistan Technical Assistance Programme (PTAP) for the academic session 2026–27.

According to the Ministry, the scholarships are available for Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) Engineering and D Pharmacy programmes. A total of 14 scholarship seats have been allocated, including two seats each for Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering, and Electrical Engineering, and eight seats for D Pharmacy.

The Ministry stated that the selection of candidates will be made on the basis of the Institute of Engineering (IOE), Pulchowk Campus Entrance Examination merit list. Applicants must have passed Grade 12 or an equivalent examination and must have their names included in the IOE entrance examination results.

Interested candidates are required to submit their applications through the Google Form published by the Ministry within the specified deadline.

Applicants must also submit the required supporting documents, including their academic transcript or certificate, Nepali citizenship certificate, and IOE entrance examination score card, along with the application.

The Ministry has urged eligible students to complete the application process within the prescribed deadline and take advantage of the scholarship opportunity to pursue higher education in Pakistan.
