Kathmandu, Nepal is seeing a partial influence of westerly winds, with limited impact from a low-pressure system over the Bay of Bengal, according to the Weather Forecasting Division.

Weather remains partly cloudy in Koshi, Madhes, Bagmati, Gandaki, and Lumbini, while hilly and mountainous areas stay mostly clear.

Fog and mist are affecting parts of the Terai—especially Koshi, Madhes, and Lumbini—and are likely to persist until noon. Clear conditions are expected to continue tonight in the hills and mountains.
