BAGLUNG, A total of 193,381 voters have been registered in Baglung district for the upcoming House of Representatives election scheduled for March 5, according to the District Election Office, Baglung.

District Election Officer Yagya Prasad Rijal said the voter list includes 94,806 male and 98,574 female voters, with the highest number of new registrations coming from the 16–28 age group. A total of 5,253 voters were added during the latest registration drive, reflecting strong interest from young voters.

Among the new registrants, 1,464 registered directly at the District Election Office, while 3,929 registered through the National Identity System. Additionally, 100 voters from outside the district registered their names in Baglung.

Baglung has two constituencies. Constituency No. 1 has 98,846 voters across 115 polling stations in 48 polling centers, while Constituency No. 2 has 95,335 voters across 115 polling stations in 59 polling centers.
