Currently, Mr. Pangeni serves as the Managing Director of Dils Cashmere Pvt. Ltd., a renowned name in Nepal’s luxury cashmere industry, known for producing world-class textile exports. He also holds the prestigious position of Chief Executive Officer at Blue Chip Securities Ltd., where he leads a dynamic team in the financial sector. In addition to his executive roles, he is an active Board of Directors (BOD) Member at Blue Sky Energy Pvt. Ltd., Blue Chip Venture Capital Ltd., and Aina Khabar Media Pvt. Ltd., contributing his insights to the strategic planning and governance of these organizations.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Pangeni served as General Manager at Tara Oriental, a leading export-import firm specializing in cashmere manufacturing. He also served as Finance Manager at Gandaki Travels and Tours Pvt. Ltd., where he led the financial operations and introduced effective financial control systems.

Mr. Pangeni’s entrepreneurial spirit is further reflected in his contributions to Nepal’s energy sector. He has actively promoted various hydropower projects and was a Director at Barahi Hydropower Company Ltd., playing a crucial role in advancing sustainable energy solutions.
