Sukadev Karki (born November 6, 1989) is a visionary Nepali professional known for his outstanding contributions to the fields of fitness, wellness education, and youth empowerment.
A passionate advocate for physical well-being, Karki has made a lasting mark in competitive sports, securing multiple podium finishes in bodybuilding, men’s physique, and powerlifting competitions. His accolades include titles and top-three placements in renowned events such as the UK Open Men’s Bodybuilding, Mr. Himalaya, Mr. Nepal, as well as first-place honors in powerlifting championships including The Pump Jhamsikhel and Rup Classic.
Academically accomplished, he completed his ACCA (UK) in 2014 and holds numerous international certifications, including ACE Personal Trainer (2019), CrossFit Level 1 (2019), Sports Nutrition Specialist (2020), NSCA Strength & Conditioning Specialist (2021), and dual credentials from IFPA USA in 2025 as a certified trainer and faculty member.

Karki’s career spans education, international experience, and entrepreneurship. He began as a school teacher in Kathmandu, later working as a site supervisor in London (2010–2012), and serving as CEO of Love Gadgets London Pvt. Ltd. (2012–2015). On returning to Nepal, he transitioned fully into the fitness industry.
He is the founder and CEO of NYFC Gears Pvt. Ltd., and founder and lead instructor at Nepali Youth Fitness Academy (NYFA)—Nepal’s first dedicated fitness academy. Through NYFA, he has trained over 400 certified fitness professionals and introduced globally accredited programs, significantly raising industry standards and expanding international opportunities for Nepali trainers.
Through his non-profit, Nepali Youth Fitness & Calisthenics (NYFC), he has led grassroots community fitness campaigns and cross-border collaborations to promote healthy living.

In 2025, Sukadev Karki spearheaded the Asian Powerlifting Championships, uniting elite athletes from across Asia under principles of integrity and fair play. His leadership introduced doping control measures and set a new standard for professionalism in regional sports.
More than a trainer or educator, Karki is a catalyst for change. His mission is to empower Nepali youth through world-class fitness education, create local employment, and elevate Nepal’s fitness industry to global standards. With disciplined leadership and a clear vision, he continues to transform the nation’s health and wellness landscape.
