KATHMANDU, The country is under the partial influence of a westerly wind system, according to the Weather Forecasting Division. Fog and mist have been observed in some parts of the Terai, while Gandaki, Karnali, and Sudurpaschim provinces remain partly cloudy.

The Division has warned that hazy and foggy conditions may persist in the Terai through the day and intensify at night, potentially affecting visibility and transportation. Residents, especially in the Terai region, have been advised to remain cautious.
