Leang Bopha (Padhya) is an accomplished Cambodian leader with advanced degrees in Education and Business Administration. Married to Nepali national Ram Prasad Padhya, she balances family life with a thriving career in business and education.

She currently chairs Juba Supplies & Maintenance Co., Ltd and leads Sereymongkul Brotherhood Co., Ltd as CEO, alongside managing her electrical bike enterprise under the YADEA brand. Bopha also serves as Vice President of the Kampong Cham Chamber of Commerce and is actively involved in several civic and charitable organizations.

Her professional background spans senior roles in human resources, finance, and education, reflecting versatility and a commitment to continuous growth. She has participated in diverse international forums and training programs covering AI in SMEs, leadership, taxation, and strategic management.
